Account information: phone number (required), email (optional), business name, contact person name, tax ID (if provided), governorate and city, delivery address.

Order data: products ordered, quantities, order dates, delivery method, balance and payments (for approved resellers).

Technical data: login logs, IP address, browser and device type — retained for security purposes and to detect abnormal usage.

Messages: WhatsApp and SMS messages related to orders or password recovery, routed through third-party providers (see section 4).

2. Why we collect this data

• Create your account and review your approval request.
• Place, track, and deliver your orders.
• Contact you about orders, promotions, or account support.
• Protect the platform from abuse and unauthorized access.
• Improve the user experience using aggregated usage statistics (not tied to identifiable individuals).

3. We do not sell your data

Your data is never sold, rented, or shared with advertising networks. The platform has no advertising, and we do not track users across other websites.

4. Third-party service providers

We use the following partners to operate the platform:

• Cloudflare — site protection and CDN/WAF.
• Twilio — relaying WhatsApp messages related to orders.
• Hadara — sending SMS messages for password recovery and verification.
• SMTP email provider — sending transactional emails only (confirmations, password recovery).

These providers see only the minimum data necessary to deliver the service (e.g., your phone number and message text when sending an SMS).

5. Where data is stored

Account and order data is stored on a server located within Palestine. Backups are encrypted and kept locally.

6. Data retention

• Account data: as long as the account is active.
• Order records: retained for accounting and tax purposes as required by applicable law.
• Login and security logs: short-term only (typically under one year) and automatically purged.
• If you request account deletion, we remove your personal information within a reasonable timeframe, while retaining invoice records required by law.

7. Your rights

You have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you.
• Correct any incorrect information.
• Request deletion of your account and personal information.
• Stop notifications or marketing messages at any time.

8. Children

Amigo is intended for adult shop owners and resellers (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
